Yes, less the damage amount done in the suite outside of regular wear and tear. Not if breaking your lease.

Yes, we do allow an accent wall with an approved color that is cohesive with the suite's interior. You are allowed to mount shelves and pictures. You are responsible for returning the suite to its original condition.
