Yes, less the damage amount done in the suite outside of regular wear and tear. Not if breaking your lease.

Yes, we do allow an accent wall with an approved color that is cohesive with the suite's interior. You are allowed to mount shelves and pictures.

We offer a pause on your weekly rent for a max of 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks will be added to the lease end date.
